Shipping from China
Our products are shipped directly from our warehouse in Guangzhou, China. Please keep this in mind when placing your order. All prices on our website include VAT, so there are no additional customs charges or import fees to pay on delivery.

Delivery usually takes 5–8 business days after dispatch. The total time from order to delivery, including processing, is 6–10 business days. This is an estimate and may occasionally vary due to customs or courier delays.
Shipping options
We offer free standard delivery to all addresses in the United Kingdom. There are no other shipping options.

Damaged, missing or late orders
