2. These terms
These terms apply to every order you place on atelierrowe.com. Please read them carefully before ordering. By placing an order, you agree to these terms. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
3. Our products
We do our best to show our products as accurately as possible. Colours may look slightly different depending on your screen, and small variations in size and finish can occur. Material and care information can be found on each product page.
4. Prices and payment
All prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT. Standard delivery within the United Kingdom is free. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Your payment is processed securely by our payment providers, and we never store your full card details.
If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price due to an error, we will contact you before processing your order. You may then choose to continue at the correct price or cancel your order for a full refund.
5. Your order
After placing an order, you will receive an email confirming that we have received it. This is not yet acceptance of your order. A contract between you and us is formed when we send you an email confirming that your order has been dispatched.
We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if a product is unavailable or we suspect fraud. If we do, we will let you know and refund any payment in full.
6. Delivery
We currently deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom only. Orders are processed within 1–2 working days and are usually delivered within 6–10 working days in total. Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally vary due to customs or courier delays. You will receive a tracking link by email once your order has been dispatched. The products are your responsibility from the moment they are delivered to the address you provided.
7. Your right to cancel
As a consumer in the UK, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your products, without giving a reason. In addition, we offer a 30-day returns period from the date of delivery.
To cancel or return an item, please email us at info@atelierrowe.com before sending anything back. We will send you the return instructions. Items must be returned unworn and unwashed, in their original condition and with all labels and packaging. You may try items on as you would in a shop. If an item is returned worn or damaged, we may reduce your refund to reflect the loss in value.
If you change your mind, you are responsible for the cost of returning the item. We will refund the price of the product and, if you return your full order, the original standard delivery charge. Refunds are made to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the returned item, or proof that you have sent it back.
The right to cancel does not apply to personalised or made-to-order items, or to underwear, swimwear and pierced jewellery if the hygiene seal has been removed. For full details, please see our Return and Refund Policy.
8. Faulty, damaged or incorrect items
If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged or not as described, please contact us at info@atelierrowe.com with your order number and photos. In these cases, you will not pay any return costs, and we will offer a repair, replacement or refund in line with your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
9. Our liability
We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for loss or damage that is not foreseeable, or for business losses, as our products are for domestic and private use only.
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law, including your statutory rights as a consumer.
10. Use of our website
All content on this website, including text, images, logos and design, belongs to Atelier Rowe or is used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce or use this content for commercial purposes without our written permission. You agree not to misuse our website, for example by attempting to gain unauthorised access or by interfering with how it works.
11. Privacy
We handle your personal data in line with our Privacy Policy, which explains what information we collect, how we use it and what your rights are.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version that applies to your order is the version shown on our website at the time you placed it.
13. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. If you are a consumer living in the United Kingdom, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of the UK, and you may bring any dispute before the courts of the part of the UK where you live.
