Is delivery free, and how long does it take?

Yes. Every order to a UK address is delivered free of charge, whatever the order value.

Orders are processed within 1–2 working days and delivered within 6–10 working days in total. Your order is shipped from our warehouse in China.

Which size should I order?

Please check the size guide on this page before ordering. Our shoes are listed in UK sizes. If you are between two sizes, we recommend choosing the larger size.

Still unsure? Email us the product name and your usual size at info@atelierrowe.com and we will gladly help you choose.

Can I return my order?

Yes. You can return items within 30 days of delivery, as long as they are unworn, unwashed and in their original condition, with all labels and packaging.

Email info@atelierrowe.com before sending anything back and we will send you the return instructions. Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless the item is faulty or incorrect. Refunds are processed within 10 working days of receiving your return.
